Complain through the unique ID of traffic signal

Delhi Traffic Police has given a unique ID to all the traffic signals in the city. This ID number is written directly on the signal pole. Which makes it easy for any driver to identify the faulty signal. In such a situation, if the traffic signal of your area stops working, then you just have to note the ID written on the pole. After this, a complaint can be lodged by calling the traffic control room number 1095 directly. As soon as the complaint is registered, the traffic police contacts the concerned agency and gets the signal fixed as soon as possible.

Traffic Prahari app will also help

Delhi Traffic Police is considering adding a new feature to its Traffic Prahari app. Through this, common people will not only be able to share information about those breaking traffic rules but will also be able to complain about faulty traffic signals directly in the system.
