Akasa Air has announced the launch of daily non-stop flights between Bengaluru and Phuket starting 1 October 2025. This new route will strengthen air connectivity from Southern India to Thailand’s most visited island destination. The airline already operates a daily service between Mumbai and Phuket.
The airline said bookings are now open on its website, mobile app and partner platforms. Customers can also avail up to 20% discount using the promo code FLYMORE.
Flight schedule:
Phuket continues to be a key international leisure market for Indian travellers. With this addition, passengers from Bengaluru and neighbouring cities will have direct access to Thailand’s tourism hub. The service is also expected to support cultural exchange and travel demand between India and Thailand.
The flight schedule shows departure from Bengaluru at 6:25 am, arriving in Phuket at 12:40 pm. The return flight will depart Phuket at 1:40 pm and land in Bengaluru at 4:40 pm. Both flights will operate daily.
According to the airline, this expansion is part of its plan to grow its international network across the SAARC and ASEAN regions. Akasa Air currently connects 24 domestic and six international destinations including Doha, Jeddah, Riyadh, Abu Dhabi, Kuwait City and Phuket.
Since its launch in August 2022, Akasa Air has flown over 20 million passengers. The airline operates a fleet of 30 Boeing 737 MAX aircraft and has placed an order for 226 more, reinforcing its long-term expansion plans.
