The Da Vinci Code author Dan Brown is reportedly set to be tying the knot with one of his four 'mistresses' - who is 27 years younger than him.
World famous Dan, 61, was previously married to wife Blythe, 72. The pair wed in 1997 and Dan - who also penned the Robert Langdon series Angels and Demons, The Lost Symbol and his. most recent novel The Secret of Secrets - publicly said he 'couldn't have written' the books without the help of his wife, who was 'without a doubt the most astonishingly talented woman I have ever known'.
Fast forward to 2019 and the pair had quietly divorced after 21 years of marriage. But a year later Blythe sued her ex over his alleged 'double life' which is said to have included 'multiple affairs', secretly spending their marital assets after he amassed a fortune of £140 million and lavishing gifts on other women.

Though they have since settled a lawsuit, painter and art historian Blythe claimed Dan had affairs with a hairdresser, his personal trainer, a woman on their Caribbean holiday home island and a Dutch horse trainer. It later emerged Blythe had hired equestrian Judith Pietersen - who Dan is now set to marry - and at 34, is half his age.
At the time of their acrimonious split, Blythe shocked fans when she said: "I have continually tried to absorb the shocking truth withheld during our divorce that Dan had been leading a double life during our marriage, all while coming home to me.
"I trusted this man for decades as my life's love. We worked so hard together, struggling to build something meaningful. I don't recognise the man that Dan has become. It is time to reveal his deceit and betrayal."
Her lawsuit stated: "Dan had, for a number of years, secretly siphoned funds from their marital assets, at least in part to finance his activities with his mistresses including... a young horse trainer who lived in Holland."

Dan has since confirmed the relationship in print, using his latest book - The Secret of Secrets - to pay tribute to 'my fiancee, Judith Pietersen', according to the Daily Mail.
Blythe claimed the pair became romantically involved more than a decade ago when Judith would have been in her early 20s.
She had come to the Brown's New Hampshire home in the US to train a horse owned by the couple and allegedly began an affair with Dan while she was recuperating from shoulder surgery at their home.
The writer is later said to have lavished her with expensive gifts including a car, a £260,000 stallion, two-horse transportation truck and paid for renovations to her apartment in Holland.
Though Dan has remained adamant that his relationship with the horse rider began after his marriage with Blythe was one 'in name only', he is said to have admitted to his ex-wife in 2020: "I've done bad things with a lot of people."
