During a recent game between the Milwaukee Bucks and Indiana Pacers , Giannis Antetokounmpo spoke about his teammate Myles Turner . The Bucks center was met with an unpleasant behavior by Pacers’ fans. Myles Turner spent ten long years with the Indiana Pacers before he was drafted to Milwaukee Bucks for $108.9 million, Giannis Antetokounmpo straightaway highlighted the efforts made by Turner during his stint with the particular NBA franchise and showed a mirror to Pacers’ fans. He did not hold back from pointing out his fellow teammates’ loyalty towards the Indiana Pacers.

However, things took a different turn for Bucks’ centre, Myles Turner because he was booed by the Pacers’ fans. Giannis Antetokounmpo spoke about the unpleasant behavior of Pacers’ fans and even highlighted the contributions made by Myles Turner for the respective NBA franchise. During the post-game interview, Giannis did not hold back his words and assured that Myles Turner has his back. He said,
"Before the game, we cannot stress enough to Myles how important it was for us to win this game for him. Being able to play in the NBA like the average span on the player, lifespan on the NBA player is I think 4.5 years and he played 10 years of service in one franchise."
The Greek Freak further added,
"To be able to come here in Indiana, the All-time leading block leader to be booed, for sure he might not say it but it kind of hurts. But we are here to pick him up ... I think he gave everything he had blood, sweat, tears his many times on the line for the Indiana team so for anybody that was booing Myles Turner, think about yourself."
Reportedly, Turner spent his first ten years in NBA with the Indiana Pacers. He went on to join the Milwaukee Bucks with an $108.9 million contract for next four seasons in July 2025.
