Bhubaneswar: Parents of children studying in Bankua govt primary school under Daspalla police station in Nayagarh district locked up the headmaster in a school room after the teacher misbehaved with them. Parents and children alleged that the teacher came to school after consuming alcohol. When parents asked the teacher about the reason for teaching children in an inebriated condition, the teacher argued and scolded them. Police rescued the teacher.
